In recognition of our sustainability work, our company has been awarded the Green Key certificate. Green Key is an international tourism industry responsibility program whose criteria is based on the UN's sustainable development goals.

As a Green Key-certified company, we are committed to constantly developing our responsibility and reporting on it every year in connection with the renewal application. Compliance with the criteria is verified by regular, on-site audits. The certificate is issued by an external, independent Green Key jury.

The Green Key certification was part of our participation in EU's international CE4RT (Circular Economy 4 Regenerative Tourism) project, which supported small tourism companies from different European countries on their sustainability journey. The main coordinator of the project was the Irish Munster Technology University MTU, in Finland the project was coordinated by Samiedu. As proof of completing the training, we were awarded the Circular Economy and Regenerative Tourism badge on the left.

The Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label is awarded by Visit Finland to companies and regions that are part of the sustainable tourism STF program and meet all the criteria required by the label. Companies that have received the STF label have, among other things, committed themselves to the principles of sustainable tourism, drawn up a sustainable tourism development plan, transparently communicate about their responsibility and have a certificate that supports sustainable tourism, or have otherwise verified the long-term measures taken for sustainable tourism.
